Human Resource Management' is the management of the people (employees) who work in an organization. They can be managers, project officers, field workers, or coordinators. Since the organization is run by these people, they are considered to be a “resource” – ‘a human resource.’ We need to use the available ‘human resources' optimally to manage the organization well.It is important to properly managed and motivate a dedicated team for an organization to achieve its goal and objectives. The process of managing, motivating and making the staff perform falls under human resource management. In this module, the learners will learn about human resource management for NGOs.
